Progress Women's Care
Privacy policy for booking with an AI assistant
Progress Women's Care is responsible for the personal data you share when you book through its app in ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.
What we collect: the patient's name, a WhatsApp mobile number, the chosen time and the type of visit. We do not ask for symptoms, date of birth or medical details in the app.
Why: to hold the time you chose, send the WhatsApp message you use to confirm or cancel, and add the appointment to the clinic's calendar. Reminders for the visit follow on WhatsApp.
Who processes it: the clinic's booking software provider stores the booking on the clinic's behalf, in India. The AI assistant you use (for example ChatGPT) handles your conversation under its own privacy policy.
Your rights: you can ask the clinic to see, correct or erase your data at any time, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact the clinic directly.
